It concerns the following parties: dealers, delivery partners, suppliers or repairers, product support, payment partners, IT service providers and parties that collect our reviews. After all, our delivery partner has to deliver your order to the right address and it is nice if a repairer visits your company to make your Beldos machine. Parties such as data management platforms, media and advertising agencies and research agencies come into the picture as soon as we want to give you personal advice or show targeted advertisements, for example based on your interest in certain products. In suspicious situations we are obliged to share client data with government agencies. The parties who gain access to your data may only use these to provide you with a service on behalf of Beldos NV. This has been officially established for a number of countries. Some American parties have registered under the Privacy Shield that offers sufficient protection. Or we work with official model contracts that are specially designed to guarantee your privacy.

We do not store and use your data for longer than necessary. Then we delete all the data we have from you. Or we use your data anonymously, because we need certain data for internal analysis and reports such as the value of your order. But how does that work in practice? We keep certain deadlines, after which we delete your data. You can read them here:

• We delete recorded phone calls by default after 30 days unless we have a legal obligation to keep a conversation longer.

• We will not keep camera images of our headquarters for more than 4 weeks. Unless we see something suspicious that we have to investigate further whether the images should be kept longer because of another legal obligation.

• We delete inactive client accounts after 7 years. After that period of time we only use your data anonymously, for internal reports.

• We must keep our administration with your invoice, payment and order data for 7 years for the tax authorities. After that, we only use anonymous data for internal reports. You also have to keep the invoices for your purchases, for example to know when your guarantee expires.

• If you have your product repaired or replaced by Beldos NV, we will keep your report and contact details for 7 years. After that, we only use your data anonymously, for internal reports.

• We retain data that we use to prevent fraud for a long time.

This way you can also object to the use of your data for marketing purposes or indicate that you think your privacy outweighs our interest. In that case, we review the situation again.
